This garden was built by Wenzel Spicka and John Ferenschitz ca 1928. It was entered in a garden contest sponsored by the Plain Dealer in 1930 and won second place. The garden features a fountain, small castle, arbors, flower pots and plant stands all constructed from cement. Recent metal sculptures makes it a must see!
