West Park

The West Park neighborhood is featured in GardenWalk 2020 on Saturday, July 11 ONLY, from 10am-5pm. Safety measures will be in place at all locations. Visitors are required to practice social distancing and wear masks.

West Park was named after a wooded park and lake on John West’s farm which was close to present day Lorain Ave. and West 138th St. West Park boasts tree lined streets and well-maintained houses built from the turn of the century on. It is home to the West Park Police and Firefighters Memorial on Rocky River Drive near McKinley. The neighborhood borders the Cleveland Metroparks and hosts several great events, including The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners the third Saturday in June in “downtown” Kamm’s Corners.
